I had both conservatory doors and an internal pane of glass replaced/removed, the engineers were efficient and informative. Great communication throughout the process and any small snags were dealt with promptly. The team at three counties were great, 3 windows and a composite door fitted within 2 days, the team were friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally the quality of the windows and doors are great. Job location: GU16The initial design meeting was arranged quickly and helped us to choose the perfect door. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The survey followed shortly after, again friendly engineer arrived as scheduled didn’t take long to complete his work. The install was then arranged a couple of weeks later. We have used 3 Counties twice now. Firstly to replace all our windows to UPVC sash windows and then to install bi-fold doors and patio doors. I can honestly say they are excellent and we are so pleased with their work and all interactions. Having gone to three other window supplies to get quotes the service we received from 3 Counties was far superior. They responded to our queries promptly and kept us informed of the installation date. The fitters on site were professional, amicable and hard working.
