    Excellent customer service, very quick to respond to queries, or change of door design. Always polite, no hard sell of pressure to buy. Door installation was flawless, and above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.

    Outstanding

    Had a great experience from start to finish. Peter was very personable and knew how to relate to our specs. Slight delay in getting door fitted but came out on weekend to make up for time. The comms with Kate and the team was amazing. Always kept up to date. The fitter was quick and gave all the information at point of delivery. Would highly recommend Three Counties to others.

    Supplied and installed a new solid roof on our garden room

    I was extremely impressed with Three Counties. We ordered two external doors and one window, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ordering process was simple. They offered interest‑free credit and provided a prompt delivery date. The delivery and installation team were professional and efficient. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. They removed the old items and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The team were pleasant, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with.
