    Aco drains installed along driveway

    Ian did a great job installing the Aco drains and he was very fairly priced. There was a small issue, but this was resolved. I would highly recommend Thorntons Drainage and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Blocked waste pipe

    Prompt turn out polite and very tidy . Listened to what I had to say then explained likely causes. Jetted drains camera up found the problem collapsed drain in my case , but cleared as much debris as he could . Sent me a full video link of the drain for the insurance , To be honest it cost me half as much as I was expecting and it’s good to know of a local independent company ( not a lover of national companies) Thank you Ian total professional

    Toilet was blocked

    My toilet had blocked for the first time, and Ian managed to unblock this after another plumber had failed to do so. He was very knowledgable and helped put my mind at ease and work was carried out promptly. 100% would recommend to anyone.

    Blocked toilet issue

    I called Thornton Drainage Services at 5pm on a Saturday evening regarding my parents' blocked toilet. Ian came out first thing Sunday morning (on New Year's Eve!). The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and Ian explained what the issue was and how to avoid any further problems. He was friendly and left the work area spotless. I would certainly recommend Thornton Drainage Services to others and will use them again.
