Ian came out to investigate why my drains were running slow . He clearly explained what the issue is- mainly the design of the drainage system, which collects surface water and kitchen water in the same drain that is designed just for surface water, and then jet cleaned the grease. V polite, thorough and punctual. Also gave me further helpful advice about redoing the concrete around the drains to prevent future damp problems. Thank you Ian!

Ian did a great job installing the Aco drains and he was very fairly priced. There was a small issue, but this was resolved. I would highly recommend Thorntons Drainage and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Prompt turn out polite and very tidy . Listened to what I had to say then explained likely causes. Jetted drains camera up found the problem collapsed drain in my case , but cleared as much debris as he could . Sent me a full video link of the drain for the insurance , To be honest it cost me half as much as I was expecting and it’s good to know of a local independent company ( not a lover of national companies) Thank you Ian total professional

My toilet had blocked for the first time, and Ian managed to unblock this after another plumber had failed to do so. He was very knowledgable and helped put my mind at ease and work was carried out promptly. 100% would recommend to anyone.
