Absolutely brilliant service from Ricky. He installed/fixed my EV charger professionally and took the time to explain everything clearly. Turned up on time, very tidy work, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Ricky arrived on time to replace my consumer unit. He was very thorough, testing and identifying all the circuits before installing the new unit. Post-installation, the circuits were all tested and labelled. The certification docs were later provided via email. Ricky is a nice, polite guy, and I would be happy to use his services again.
