  Ricky was responsive, professional and reliable. He messaged the day before the job to confirm his arrival time (which he kept to) and explained everything to me clearly. He clearly knows what he’s doing and I believe he is one of the really good ones. I will use him again.

  The shutters were delivered on schedule and the workman was very courteous. The shutters themselves have completely upgraded the whole living space. They look incredible and everyone comments on how nice they are. Very good quality and very beautiful. Worth every penny.

  Robert returned my initial email within 24 hours and soon after came to look at the house and was flexible with times. He gave me a quote for the job sooner than he said he would and the price was very reasonable. He gave me options for when he could do the work and again was flexible. He was patient and agreeable when I changed my mind on one particular aspect a few times. When he came to do the job he was polite and courteous and arrived exactly when agreed. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and workmanship.
