I have had lon standing (years) of issues with water ingress. After mny attempts (new roof, repointing etc etc) I turned to Thomas Wilson. I thought the pointing had to to be re-done but he looked at the issue, symptoms and gave very good advice. The fix was reasonably priced, finished quickly and to a high standard.

Very quick to respond to initial enquiry – came round the next day and explained exactly what he could do and how Helifix bars worked. Fair quote received same day and work completed to fit in with my schedule. Most of work done by Rob and Paul, overseen by Tommy – all of whom were very professional, courteous and friendly. Managed to complete in one morning, explained what they were doing as the work progressed and tidied up well afterwards. All looks good and I would call upon their services again if needed and be happy to recommend.

What a lovely team and what a great job, very skilled and knowledgeable. Also ran to schedule with very fair prices. Quite a big job with pointing, helibar stitching and painting. My job ended up with complications nothing to do with Tommy and his team and he seamlessly sorted them with grace and humour. Absolute 100% recommend.

Work done very promptly and quickly and it looks like a competent job, though the concrete dust from boring into the concrete is still discolouring the brick paving around the wall.
