  Roof replacement

  A quotation was given to replace the roof and repair the chimney stack. The quote was accepted and the team got straight on with the job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and communication between us and then team was excellent. Despite a couple of unforeseen issues which they sorted out, the job was done well and to the quotation. Friendly, hard workers. They also tidied up well after the job was completed. Would recommend the whole team at Thistle Roofing Aberdeen.

  Emergency dormers in need of fixing.

  We were in desperate need to get the dormers fixed. Turned out they were in worse state than expected. The people at Thistle Roofing were prompt in coming out, and getting the job done. They made an excellent job, were polite, cleared up after them, and were very good at communicating as to when they were coming and throughout getting the job done. Was very pleased with the work that was carried out. The quality of the work was very good, and I would certainly use them again. All this is quite unusual for roofers in my experience. Would definitely get Thistle Roofing again.

  Gutter Repairs

  I contacted Thistle Roofing for gutter repairs. They picked up that I'd had a bad job done by another roofer and found time to fit me in, quoted a competitive price and got the work done swiftly. Would highly recommend this company.

  Fixed a lot of leaks

  Great service. We've been let down by a lot of roofers in the past and thistle roofing really bucked the trend. From start to finish, the team were very professional. They came when they said they would and started when they said they would. The work was well documented with photos at every stage leaving me in no doubt the work was well carried out by an experienced team. Just after the scaffolding was taken down and we sent the last payment the roof started leaking near where they'd been working. They said they'd cover it under warranty and were as good as their word, back the very next week

  Roof Leak Check

  Thistle Roofing were the second company to give me a quote. Unlike the first (who didn't really appear to want the job), they did a thorough search for possible problems and advised what needed doing. They turned up a couple of days later as planned and carried out the work. The workers were at all times courteous and one was very keen to explain what they had found and how they were going to fix it. They used videos (or I climbed the ladder) to show me. Overall, from the moment I initially contacted them on the Monday, the work had been completed by that Friday. Excellent service.
