  Professional at the work carried out

  The work on the balcony was done very quickly and efficiently. Tom and his team were very friendly. I was kept up to date with the work being carried out all the time. I would definitely recommend this company and hope to use them again in the future.

  New Roof

  We contacted Tom on 17th Nov (as we had used him before) to come and advise us on the problem we found with water ingress in several rooms. He was very thorough in his inspection and advised us what needed to be done. Because of the severity of the problem , he managed to rearrange his schedule to do the the following week. Tom and all of his team (including his nephew Will and his team), done exceptional job. We will recommend them to everybody.

  Excellent work

  Tom and his team were excellent from the initial assessment right through to the completion of the work. We felt very reassured with the depth of knowledge and information when Tom first came out to quote for the job. They have worked incredibly hard to complete the work, around inclement weather and have completed the job to what we believe to be an excellent standard. Tom was keen to keep us updated throughout the work and we have been really pleased with our decision to use TH Home Improvements

  An efficient team who did a first-class job.

  We had a flat roof which had started to leak. TH Home Improvements provided a very fair quote and the job was completed efficiently. They also kindly fitted wall tubes at no extra cost to drain damp that had seeped into the walls. A very pleasant team, a pleasure to do business with them.

  Roof guttering

  Water was pouring from our roof guttering during heavy rain. Tom and his team were working locally, and when called came within fifteen minutes to fix the problem there and then. We were impressed by their prompt friendly service and helpful advice on dealing with any future problems and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
