Tom and crew were very efficient and did everything very professionally. The roof cleaning and ivy removal was carried out on schedule and we are very pleased with the results.

We had been having trouble with our gutters and loose Roof tiles. Tom used a drone and took pictures of the affected area and shared them with us. He gave us an assessment of the work needed, and possible solutions with estimates for costs. Which were both thorough and reasonable. He and his team did all the work to an excellent standard. All debris was bagged up and the work area was left clean and tidy. We can highly recommend this business and will be using them again in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend TH home improvements. We had a really bad leak in our flat roof,which we had been ignoring for a long time.We went on check a trade to look for a reliable company and tried TH home improvements.Tom phoned us the same day and offered to come and give us a quote for the work needed,he explained what needed to be done and the cost .We were very impressed by his pleasant manner and agreed to have the work done. They came a week later and got the work done in one day,they did a perfect job and tidied up everything before they left.

Tom and his team (Matt) turned up on time and completed all the works previously quoted in a totally professional manner. They were efficient and fast; ensuring that they cleaned the area of all debris. Tom then described exactly what had been done. He also pointed out other potential areas of work that may require looking in the future but in NO WAY was this a hard sell, which was appreciated. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Working with Tom and his colleagues was a very positive and professional experience from the drone footage of my roof to show what was required throught to the finished job and after care. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
