9 Replace double glazed window to the side of front door which was broken by vandals

They attended to give me a quote very quickly, [Nicky] was very attentive in taking the details of the job which needed doing. The quote was very reasonable at a time when the cost to repair was, obviously, not planned. The actual job was done very quickly and efficiently with any glass, including what had been collected from the original vandalising, swept up and taken away. The team were very punctual, very friendly from start to finish, the appointment for the quote was excellent, the team that came to do the jobs were very friendly and were very quick to do the few jobs booked in. Having used The Window Doctor on many occasions in the past (for replacement double glazing window glass and other repair jobs) when I locked us out of our house they were the first people I tried. Good to their previous service levels they were with us within 15 minutes and we were in our house again 5 minutes later. Courteous and proficient expert who did the work, friendly and helpful telephone receptionist when I rang in total panic - overall a brilliant service, as usual.
