  Ethan was brilliant. I had only just put the job request in, and almost immediately got a call arranging a booking. and although I was away, I understand that my partner and his parents all thought Ethan was lovely too.

  had a small mistake when fitting the bathroom window as they had put clear glass in; but this error got corrected on the same day and replaced with glass that provides privacy. I'm very happy with how all the windows ended up looking :)
