  Tom switched over a pair of taps on my bathroom sink. The quaility of the workmanship was top notch, and he was highly professional overall - would highly recommend.

  Heated water tank replacement

  Tom fixed my heated water tank that had a bad leak. Tom was great, sourced everything and come to fix it as soon as the new tank was delivered. The shelf the tank was on was damaged and Tom fixed that with even better materials than previously used. Highly recommend and will use again.

  Tom is very reliable, he told us he would be with us between 8.30 & 9.00 am and he was. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problems we had with our complicated heating system and his invoice reflected that. We both found Tom to be a very pleasant person, which obviously helps when there’s strangers in the house. We just left him to get on with it. He talked us through why it’s happening and itemised his invoice. So, we couldn’t be happier and we thoroughly recommend him. Gary & Angie.
