Tom replaced the taps in my mum's shower room and kitchen and did an excellent job. He was so courteous, thorough and professional and went out of his way to fit in with my own tight schedule. A real gem.

Tom, from the Wet Room, came to check out a leak under my kitchen sink. He was prompt, friendly and determined the problem quickly. He suggested a faucet that would fix the problem and the job was done efficiently and well.

On short notice I decided to revamp my bathroom back to the brick. Tom provided advice and guidance on all items and created a bathroom I am very pleased with. Tom was excellent in dealing with any issues that came up communicating them clearly to me to ensure I understood the decisions being made. He worked tirelessly to ensure the bathroom was completed within the 3 weeks schedule. I will be happy to use Tom's services again in the future.

Excellent service start to finish. Kept us informed of progress, plans, highlighted any issues or concerns that needed addressing. Finish and design superb, though small spaces feels very spacious now.
