I needed a quick response and Tom was onto it straight away, understood the exact problem and made helpful suggestions about the way forward. Asked about budget and ordered the parts accordingly. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, but Tom stuck with it and got it sorted out for me. I have nothing but respect for him and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Tom switched over a pair of taps on my bathroom sink. The quaility of the workmanship was top notch, and he was highly professional overall - would highly recommend.

Tom fixed my heated water tank that had a bad leak. Tom was great, sourced everything and come to fix it as soon as the new tank was delivered. The shelf the tank was on was damaged and Tom fixed that with even better materials than previously used. Highly recommend and will use again.
