Initially great communication and a great price, however it appears this is due to corners being cut. Plumbing not connected properly resulted in a leak within the wall and mould now growing. Hayley apparently told the fix it crew just to patch the hole, despite the crew saying the wall was so badly damaged it needed over boarding. Repeated requests for full payment despite holes being left in my walls and significant water damage due to shower, toilet and booker all being left with leaks which I’ve had to pay an alternative plumber to fix. Avoid at all costs!

We were pleased with the job and how well it was done. There were some issues at the beginning because the workman got pulled off to another Emergency job. We were then promised another 2 dates but nobody came. Once we had a Plumber, he was excellent and we are very pleased with the result.

Excellent service and friendly service. I was slightly concerned when they asked for payment upfront. However, I paid it once I had read reviews. Very tidy work, Craig cleaned up after himself taking the both and old radiator.

I was extremely pleased with the work carried out. All the workmen over the 2 jobs were very friendly and professional and I would recommend Sheridan group to all my friends and family.

Had a problem with water leaking from an outside light well, causing the carpet to begin flooding with water. Sheridan had a "damp expert" inspect the area, discover it's a boiler leak issue, then the group had their plumber around two days later to seal the pipe.
