  Fix a boiler leak causing damp walls

  Had a problem with water leaking from an outside light well, causing the carpet to begin flooding with water. Sheridan had a "damp expert" inspect the area, discover it's a boiler leak issue, then the group had their plumber around two days later to seal the pipe.

  Replaced and rewired light fittings.

  I had some ceiling lights that weren't working properly. They did great work fixing each of the ones I had issues with and even offered to upgrade an additional ceiling light to a fire-rated one. Total work took less than two hours. They went through the effort of throwing away old parts, though I still found small particles on the floor after they left. My only fault was that I needed to email them to chase them about scheduling, quotes, and invoices.
