  Gutters repaired

  Pleased with the job done by this company. Rhe quote was the most reasonable I had gotten and my gutters have not been leaking since. Communication was good and the two men attending on the day were punctual, respectful and nice.

  No Customer Care

  Initially we were happy with the results and assured by Barry if there were any subsequent issues they would be dealt with. However, we had to chase him for copy of our Warranty and Receipt and to advise him of a leaks from the gutters. Despite promising to send them on and get one of his men to attend to the leaks. He has failed to do so. Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls and text messages over the last two months he hasn't sent anything nor arranged for the gutter to be repaired. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go elsewhere. Customer care does not exist with this Company.

  Not recommended due to poor communication

  They attended to carry out a survey of my property roof on 11 February but never bothered to get back to me with a quote and I chased them several times. Overall poor communication and not a company I would recommend.

  Just like to say that the service delivered from The Roofing Company Scotland Limited was excellent. From the initial assessment to their competitive quote, to their communications explaining a short delay due to heavy rain (Scotland), to their initiation and completion of the project I had complete confidence. The guys who arrived were friendly, professional and focused, even fixing a wee job they noticed whilst up there without adding it to the bill. We are delighted with the results, ready to face another Scottish winter and fully recommend this company to anyone.

  New Gutter Fitted

  The guys did a sterling job replacing my old gutter with a new deep flow, They were friendly and kept me informed all the way about my job, I will certainly hire them again for any future work.

  Roof tiles damaged and replaced

  The roofer came to inspect the work that would be required and explained everything to us. As this is a townhouse scaffolding was required and this was organised quickly and efficiently. The workers came exactly when they said they would .
