Initial response for a quote was rapid. The estimator carried out a thorough inspection and gave an honest knowledgable opinion of work to be done. Price was relative to work done. Work was was completed within a few days. Lads even touched in a bit of porch roughcasting at the same time. Couldn't ask for more 👌

Pleased with the job done by this company. Rhe quote was the most reasonable I had gotten and my gutters have not been leaking since. Communication was good and the two men attending on the day were punctual, respectful and nice.

Initially we were happy with the results and assured by Barry if there were any subsequent issues they would be dealt with. However, we had to chase him for copy of our Warranty and Receipt and to advise him of a leaks from the gutters. Despite promising to send them on and get one of his men to attend to the leaks. He has failed to do so. Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls and text messages over the last two months he hasn't sent anything nor arranged for the gutter to be repaired. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go elsewhere. Customer care does not exist with this Company.

They attended to carry out a survey of my property roof on 11 February but never bothered to get back to me with a quote and I chased them several times. Overall poor communication and not a company I would recommend.

Just like to say that the service delivered from The Roofing Company Scotland Limited was excellent. From the initial assessment to their competitive quote, to their communications explaining a short delay due to heavy rain (Scotland), to their initiation and completion of the project I had complete confidence. The guys who arrived were friendly, professional and focused, even fixing a wee job they noticed whilst up there without adding it to the bill. We are delighted with the results, ready to face another Scottish winter and fully recommend this company to anyone.
