  Professional and fast

  My request was remove the solar panel from our garden shed. Professional, and fast, remove our solar panel properly and keep all the nails and metals properly, so we can reuse all the material when re-install the panel back to the Shed.

  Our solar panels had stopped generating. Contacting ThermaDetect elicited a response the same day and the engineers arrived the next day, they were very professional and personable. The call out charge was great value. They found and fixed a problem with the panels themselves only to find our inverter was faulty as well. A new inverter was ordered and the day after it arrived the team came and quickly installed and tested it, taking the old one away. The total bill we think was very reasonable. ThermaDetect are a company it is pleasure to do business with.

  Solar panel installation on pitched and flat roof

  I really enjoyed working with the team. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I ended up choosing Thermadetect after having about 18 quotes in total. I felt the team were honest and thorough which was a big reason for choosing them. There were a lot of companies that promised the world and a lot of panels, but Thermadetect ensured I knew the limitations of regulations and I just felt their honesty in the quoting process made me want to work with them. The work is clean and well done and I would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking of getting solar installed.

  From the first moment I spoke to Jerry I felt like I was in safe hands. Jerry and his team visited my house quickly to check out the possibility of solar panels and a battery system being installed. Everything was very clear and although I had lots of questions they were able to clearly explain everything to me. Installation was smooth and the lads were great, took care in there work and keeping the site clear and clean at the end of every day. System looks top notch and the app to show how it works is smooth. Great experience - Thank you all.
