Highly recommend Thermadetect Ltd. The communication and service were both excellent. They got back to me on the same day after I first contacted them regarding my failed inverter. Once the replacement inverter arrived we arranged a slot a few days for the installation. They arrived on the time on the day of the install and completed the swap out in no time. Shout out to Jerry and Harrison who were first class!

One of the solar panels stopped generating. Jack answered my query promptly and advised that the problem was the optimiser which was under warranty. The only expense would be the installation fee. Jack ordered the optimiser and on receipt of it installation was done. At all stages we were kept in the loop and have no hesitation in recommending Thermadetect. We will use them again should future solar panel problems occur.

From start to finish a superb company to deal with. Jerry was prompt with all communication, sending a summary when things would happen. The team are very knowledgeable, courteous , clean and tidy. Even the subcontractors of scaffolders and electrician. I felt comfortable having them on the property and would highly recommend this company.

ThermaDetect delivered a 22 PVC system, batteries including installation of 3Phase electrical services to Frimley Parish for the Church Halls. The project was delivered with excellent design support, efficiency and attention to customer requirements. ThermaDetect exercised patience with delays to planning permission and passed on price reductions through improved specifications, significantly upgrading battery capacity. ThermaDetect made sure that electrical services were fit for purpose and correctly certificated allowing for future development. Project skill anddelivery was exemplary.

Thermadetect was great. They took the time to explain everything in detail beforehand, giving good professional advice. Before starting, they sent a summary of what would be done and when. The work was actually completed 1 day earlier than planned. The quality of the work is amazing. They had to dig a small trench on the patio to pass a cable, and I can't even see where it was done. The solar panels and the battery have been running flawlessly for 2 months now. I'm very happy I chose them, and would thoroughly recommend them!
