Highly recommend — we’ve used Fred and the team at ThePlumbers.org repeatedly over the last 7 years … first for services to our boiler, then to nurse it along and eek out a couple more years, and ultimately to replace it with a new one (plus ad hoc plumbing jobs in between). They’ve always given honest advice, and never tried to “upsell” into work that didn’t need doing. We’ve always found them to be very responsive and reliable, quickly coming back with quotes and in fixing appointments. Job location: W11Fred turned up on time and was helpful, clean and tidy. We discussed the issue and came to a compromise which worked for both of us. The bill was slightly less than I was expecting for the time it took and it was an excellent experience all round.
