We called the company following our failed attempts to be rid of of bed bugs, we had unwittingly brought into our home via a holiday suitcase. The office were very helpful and arranged a technician to attend within 48 hours. Sean attended, was very professional and confidently advised us on what needed to be done, which he completed without any further disruption to our home. We waited the 3 weeks before submitting our review to be sure that we were pest free and are happy to say that we appear to be. Our advice is call in the professionals asap rather that stress trying to sort it yourself.

I would recommend this company. The guy (Alan) was extremely helpful and he put my mind at rest by finding the problem immediately. I would certainly use them again. Problem was sorted.

Dean turned up at the time stated in the text message received the day before the appointment. Was informed of the issue that we potentially had, popped into the loft and made a full inspection. No evidence of rats in the loft, was informed that the charge as a result of no vermin was £100 less than the original quote of £180. Happy days.

Sent an enquiry and they got back to me really quickly. Was happy with the quote so was booked in at my convenience. Arrived promptly, Mick was a genuinely nice bloke. Sorted the paperwork, left him a key, he got his overalls on and got on with the job. Very pleased. On time and professional
