Terry was early for the first appointment and was professional at all times. He fitted a new starter motor and when this didnt fixed the problem he arranged another timely appointment.

Terry arrived early and was so polite and freindly.
Looked at job and told me what issue was.
Advised on where to buy parts and how to do job if I wanted to attempt it myself or to contact him and he be happy to do it.
Aĺso was happy to look at another vehicle at same time and give quote.
No pressure tactics or up sales just straight forward freindly reliable PROFESSIONAL mechanic.

Battery change in a Mini One

As a busy Mum, not having a car is a real inconvenience. Terry fitted us in with a few days, arrived early, he was polite and installed the battery promptly. I'd recommend him to anyone in a similar position. Thanks Terry!

Car not starting

Terry diagnosed the problem and sourced a new starter motor quickly, kept me up to date with timings on when he could come back to fit it and then once he had he part completed the job quickly, thank you!
