  We recently used The Market Design & Build for their Architectural Design and Structural Package, and we can genuinely say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team, particularly James, Peter, and Bryan, was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand our vision for our dream kitchen extension. I contacted several architects for the planning & design of my ground floor extension, I choose Design & Build for a number of reasons, local to my area, quick to respond & very professional sales process. Once Design & Build had received my instruction, the design & planing process was completed quickly & without issue.

  I had the pleasure of working with James, an architect at Market Design & Build. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of planning regulations proved invaluable. During the early stages of a property purchase, James identified that the property I was considering was located in a conservation area, something I had overlooked. Given my intention to carry out substantial extensions, this insight was crucial and ultimately helped me avoid making a costly mistake.   Rear extension

  The Market D&B team (James & Peter) have provided excellent support for our rear extension project. During concept selection, the team were flexible in keeping our options open, before progressing our preferred solution through a successful & stress free planning application. Our project has since been delayed due to a party wall issue; Market D&B were very responsive and the support provided was critical to bringing this to a conclusion. On the construction completed to date, as issues have arisen not foreseen in the plans & structural calculations, Market D&B have responded quickly.

  The standard and quality of the work I received from MDB was excellent. They had brilliant ideas on how I could maximise and extend the space in my small London property - so impressed with their superior spatial skills - but also ways in which to make the space truly beautiful, light and coherent. They were fully up to date with the newest designs and ideas. They dealt with a tough council for planning permission and got approval on the first application. The process was seamless and they were all a pleasure to work with. I really recommend them!
