  This review is for TMDB’s design services. We had already developed some fairly well-formed ideas for our project, and Market Design and Build helped us bring them to life through a number of design iterations. Peter, James and the wider team provided helpful, practical advice throughout both the design and planning application phases. Their guidance made the process feel clear and well managed.   I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team designed my architectural plans exactly how I envisioned them and guided me through the entire planning permission process with professionalism and expertise.
