  I worked with The Market Design and Build team to obtain permission to change my windows and received great service throughout, from the initial briefing call to preparing and submitting the application, and liaising with the council. I would highly recommend them.

  Architectural design and structural package

  The Market Design and Build led us through design and planning for a loft conversion and floor plan adjustment, as part of a wider renovation. Having not before done a project like this, what we needed was guidance through the process (including planning), advice on the best use of space, and accurate work. We got all in spades. The people at The Market Design and Build were communicative, clear, and thankfully our planning went through swiftly and without incident. Our construction is due to start soon, and TMDB set the conditions for what should be a successful project for our home.

  Thorough & Careful Design Process

  We have found the MD&B company extremely professional to work with James, Peter and Raj. They helped us through the architectural design process and we went through what we wanted and what would work well. There were several revisions and we were pleased that the team helped us come up with improvements that would work with our family and also add value to the house. There were also internal changes that were helpful to make the flow and design work better. All in all we are pleased to have chosen marketing Design & Build Company. They did visit us at the beginning which was helpful too.

  Brilliant work by TMDB on our new build in Dorking. The site was well managed, the team were responsive and professional, and the finish quality has been very good.

  Professional service and flawless result

  We opted for market design after numerous visits from building firms within 10 miles. The project was vast, a double storey wraparound and all internals fixtures including 2nd fix. They handed over last week, we are very pleased with the result. The project was on time, any issues were discussed beforehand and dealt with amicably. We have had issues in the past with builders, none of which were present with TMDB.

  Knowledgeable, friendly team with great services

  We interviewed several firms to help us with our renovation design and liked TMDB from the beginning. James’s knowledge and his ability to listen gave us confidence and made us feel comfortable, and we had a great experience working with Peter and Brian during the design phase. Everyone was responsive and generous with their knowledge and time. Great value for money too. Definitely recommended.
