James and Peter were exceptional partners throughout the entire project. They professionally managed every stage, from the initial design , architecture and structural drawings to securing all necessary local authority approvals. They remained approachable and highly collaborative, and when we required a few adjustments after the initial agreement, they gladly accommodated them. I strongly recommend their services for a seamless, creative, and thoroughly professional experience of what otherwise could be very stressful process with lots of moving parts.

Market design were tendered for a complete refurbishment of my house with a 2 storey extension and kitchen/bedroom/toilet second fix. Communication from start to finish was perfect, project manager was always available to adjust certain aspects of the project which were carried out to perfection. As i stand looking at the end result, I cannot believe I am stood in the same property as previously...the attention to detail is superior. Will use these guys again without hesitation.

From the initial planning permission stage to the architectural and engineering calculations, the process has been managed with great care, clarity and expertise. The team’s commitment to detail and their willingness to guide me through each stage have been outstanding. They consistently provided clear explanations during our many meetings, ensuring I understood all technical aspects and design decisions.

We used TMDB for the architectural and structural design part of the build. We are also using them for the build phase but that’s currently in progress so this review is for the former currently. They have been amazing right from the start supporting on the plans and designs with home visits and teams calls when required and adapting the plans according to our feedback. They’ve managed the full process of planning applications and have been super responsive throughout and competitive on price too from others we looked at.

Very positive experience, their architectural services are not the cheapest but the quality is high - super thorough survey and many design iterations. The build team was very professional, thanks to Happy the foreman whose decades of experience and strong work ethic shone through, and Raman the project manager who kept everything ticking along nicely. Invoices were issued against line items from the original quote, which made it easy to follow what was being paid for. They have been round a couple of times since to fix some minor things. Would recommend to anyone, and I'd use them again!
