Great and speedy initial communication via email which provided a quote and timeframe, being able to fit me in the following day at my request. Turned up within the time window and carried out the service with no issues, offering additional help for some of my questions. No additional costs - based on the cylinder as opposed to anything else. Would recommend and use them again for my yearly service!
