We’re sorry you feel this way about the service we have provided. Unfortunately, our engineer arrived at 8:04am rather than the 8am quoted time. We provided a timestamped geolocation of our engineer arriving at this time and apologised for the inconvenience caused. When booking, we provided a half hourly labour rate and rounded down our labour cost on the final invoice, this did not include any material costs, as explained in our emails. As a goodwill gesture, we deducted the material costs which were £15, in case of miscommunication on our side.
