A bit about me:
Founded in 2003 by Freddie Fleming, The London building company has progressed from undertaking small contracts to being recognised as a leading South East London builder.
I started out by training as a tiler and plasterer back in 1996 and I was given a job as a lecturer, teaching construction at Lambeth college for over 4 and a half years.
I went on to be site manager for a small building firm and developed a taste for building.
It was not something I had planned but I found I had the right qualities to drive projects forward without compromising on the quality of finish.

AFTER SALE & MAINTENANCE
At The London Building company we pride ourselves on our continuing care for our clients whether it is providing a planned maintenance to ensure your home continues to function efficiently for years to come or helping to keep it looking its best.
Each planned maintenance is bespoke to your needs and comes with an out of hours electrical, plumbing and heating service any emergencies.
Our team will ensure all servicing and works are arranged for you. You will also have the peace of mind that you only need one contact number to call should you have an emergency.
Our Handyman Service is available for small items such as jet washing drives, fitting blinds and curtain poles, hanging pictures, all the little items that it is often hard to find someone reliable and competent to do.
Essentially After Sales will take care of your home for you so you don’t have to worry about how to get anything from small repairs to an extension not only done, but done to an exceptional quality with exceptional service – exactly the same as if it was one of our main contracts.
