We used the London Building Company for a single storey side and rear extension on our semi-detached house in Forest Hill. The project manager Freddie was excellent from start to finish and always available when needed. He is highly professional and was a pleasure to work with. The end result has genuinely exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. The job was completed on budget with no nasty surprises etc. I would highly recommend Freddie and the London Building Company to anyone considering a project.

The London Building Company just completed a large back extension and loft conversion. And we couldn’t be happier. Freddie and his team were excellent to work with and kept us updated every step along the way. We had numerous issues with Thames water and our drainage, Freddie was always on hand to solve any issues and his knowledge was impeccable. The project did run over but The London Building Company were accommodating as the issues were caused by Thames water. I highly recommend this building company and will be definitely using again!

There was a variety of work required, which included fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, plumbing, electrical refurbishment, flooring, decorating both interior and exterior and garden tidying and fencing. Chris coordinated all the trades and was very helpful throughout the project, always finding solutions to any problems which might crop up. A few minor snags have been very promptly resolved. He was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly use his services again in future.

Freddie made us a beautiful family home and for that we are truly thankful. I would recommend this company to everyone.
