  Loft Ladder installation never happened

  We hired Tom to board out our loft and fit an electric loft ladder. He subcontracted the boarding, plastering and painting out to another tradesman who completed the work well. Prior to fitting Tom requested payment to buy the ladder from the manufacturer. When it came time to fit the ladder, Tom was nowhere to be seen. He has taken our money and not delivered. We have tried to call, email and message him, but he has not come back to us. We are now left with a gaping hole in our ceiling, no way to access our loft and an empty bank balance.

  Full payment is required as the ladder is custom made. The first arrived damaged, the second was “Lost in Transit” The customer chose a refund, which is now in progress. As you can we always aim for perfection, though some issues are out of our control.

  Loft hatch turned and loft ladder fitted

  Extremely pleased with all aspects of this fitting. Tom communicated promptly and went out of his way to fit my schedule to visit to provide a quote.   Tom came to quote w hich we accepted there and then. He came on time on the agreed date of installation and completed a more than satisfactory job with an excellent training session on completion. Tom is a very pleasant guy with excellent communication skills.

  Tom fitted both a loft ladder and a new loft hatch for us

  We met Tom a few years ago when he put a Loft Ladder in to our previous home and called him back because he did a great job and he was pretty quick too. This time he installed a new loft hatch and a ladder I would say top quality very personable and I would recommend him 100%.
