Absolutely great. Steve was respectful, professional and solved a problem that wasn’t straight forward. He was kind enough to take the time to explain how the lock worked and what the problem was. He was punctual, tidy and professionally friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Steve was great fixing our stuck patio door and even sorted the front door lock as well while he was there that had been a bit tight for a while, both now work like new. Really reasonable prices as we were expecting to have to buy a whole new lock, never tried to sell us something we didn't need and gave us some great advice & tips on how to keep all our doors & windows working probably. Turned up at agreed time, polite, very efficient all sorted quickly . Highly recommend.

Steve was brilliant and really helped us at short notice. He arrived promptly and assessed all access points and did not give up until we were able to get back into our property. He took great care and worked hard to ensure no unnecessary damage was done to our doors. Fairly priced and was able to take card payment. Would definitely recommend!
