  Poor Communication and Hidden Charges Led to Incomplete Work

  I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their pricing is not entirely transparent. They quoted a half-hour rate, but their policy is to charge a minimum of one hour, plus parts and VAT. I ended up paying £175 for one hour, and the work was still not completed. There also appeared to be a lack of communication from the receptionist regarding the actual job that needed to be done, which resulted in the plumber arriving without the full details and the job remaining incomplete.

  Thought it was the drain nearing clearing near kitchen but turns out our sewage plant at fault

  Contacted swiftly, arrived within timeframe but despite jetting the whole drain it was not flowing away - did a thorough check. Not a satisfying ending for either of us just before bank holiday weekend!

  Shower tap replacement never completed

  Sadly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Contacted over the phone and messages with a variety of promises from going to shops immediately to get part. They catch you on the price stating it’s a minimum of 1 hour. Arrived and looked at the job, damaged the shower even more so that it is leaking. Asked for payment. Said they would order a part and never responded to many requests to get back to me even a month later.

  Boiler service and removal of radiator. Gary was diligent, neat and tidy and carried out the checks for my boiler is good time. The work to remove the radiator and cap the services was also good. Will use them again in the next couple of weeks.
