  Thorough and efficient service.

  They turned up as scheduled and completed the work quickly. He showed me the parts that had worn out and checked the rest of the system for wear and tightened other joints to make sure there wouldn't be other leaks. He was thorough and pleasant throughout.

  Jamie was incredibly kind and responsive, arranging a same-day survey and clearly explaining every option. Gary treated our home with genuine care, worked meticulously, and made sure we had hot water the same day, which meant so much to us. Taylor returned to flush, test and balance the system and patiently answered all our questions. Lewken felt trustworthy, professional and truly caring—outstanding service we highly recommend. We would absolutely use them again and felt supported and reassured throughout the whole process. Thank you all for such brilliant service! Truly so.

  All very easy. Posted the job, they came back very quick with an appointment the next day. Everything was completed in reasonable time. There was no mess left. I am a happy customer.

  Beware pricing

  I have no problem with the work carried out, nor the employee himself, however, the total price of this job was enormous. I accepted a £63 call out and a £63 "inspection charge". But on top of this, the cost of the actual work - changing a tap which I had already purchased - was £250. With VAT, this made the whole bill £450. For one hour's work. I specifically used Checkatrade to ensure I would be charged a fair price and feel massively let down.

  Efficient and effective

  The plumber Tony arrived and got on working immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. He was thorough checking all was well before he left which led to him identifying another issue which he also resolved.Very happy with the service I received

  Emergency repair of leak
