Had a new boiler supplied and fitted.Was kept informed from start to finish.The engineer was prompt and the installation was tidy.Also fitted a new radiator as well.Nothing was too much trouble.Other companies could learn from this.Very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were able to get someone round to fix out bathroom leak same day which was much appreciated.

Overall very happy with the works carried out , communication was good Lain who completed the work at my home solved the problem on my spa bath very quickly ,also giving me options to do a repair to make good to help with cost Very happy with the service And Would highly recommend

I recently had my new boiler fitted by an exceptional team from Lewken Group and I can't rave about them enough! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jamie was fantastic in guiding me through the initial consultation and ensuring I understood all my options. He was knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process so much easier. Jamie took the time to explain how the process works and answered all my questions. The real star of the show was , the engineer who came to install the boiler. His expertise and attention to detail were impressive. He worked efficiently

The job was a relatively minor one (waste-pipe issues) but it was not possible for me to give a full explanation of what was required by phone - there needed to be an inspection. I was updated about there being a delay, albeit a modest one. Following the inspection the issue was explained to me, and the plumber went to a nearby supplier to obtain the required materials. He returned less than an hour afterwards, and promptly completed the repair. He left the location of the work clean and tidy.
