  Increasing water pressure

  Sudden low water pressure & boiler not working. Engineer thoroughly checked for possible leaks including the radiators. None found nor any other issues. Topped up water tank. Showed me how to do it myself & took a video with commentary which he emailed over to me. Brilliant! Thank you!

  Excellent quality of work, good communication, and Liam was a lovely guy. My only reservation is that we were quoted 3 hours for a job that ended up taking 6, so it was twice the price we'd expected.

  Replacing a shower thermostatic valve due to limescale problems.

  Tom was there on time and completed the work within an hour. He was extremely friendly and charming. He did identify a separate problem with the boiler - and so we have arranged for one of Italian Plumber’s boiler engineers to come in a week or so. Very happy with the service we received.

  Central heating repairs

  The boiler wasn’t heating the hot water in the tank and the immersion heater didn’t work, Hometree insisted that I needed to replace the 4 year old boiler at my expense. I asked Italian Plumber to look at it and they quickly identified that a valve feeding the tank was responsible. It was repaired immediately. I also asked them to install a new immersion heater which involved draining and removing the tank. This was done with great care and attention to detail (checking all radiators worked afterwards etc). Highly recommend both Samuele and Liam.
