We have used the Italian Plumber to sort out our failing boiler and to replace a shower thermostat. It wasn’t the cheapest experience but we were overall happy with the workmanship and efficiency. Both plumbers were very charming and responsive.

Sudden low water pressure & boiler not working. Engineer thoroughly checked for possible leaks including the radiators. None found nor any other issues. Topped up water tank. Showed me how to do it myself & took a video with commentary which he emailed over to me. Brilliant! Thank you!

Excellent quality of work, good communication, and Liam was a lovely guy. My only reservation is that we were quoted 3 hours for a job that ended up taking 6, so it was twice the price we'd expected.

Tom was there on time and completed the work within an hour. He was extremely friendly and charming. He did identify a separate problem with the boiler - and so we have arranged for one of Italian Plumber’s boiler engineers to come in a week or so. Very happy with the service we received.
