  Boiler replacement after a repair call

  Stevie came out to us at short notice on an emergency repair call. He walked through the various issues the boiler hard beyond the one causing the fault, and recommended replacing it: this wasn't a hard sell -- it was pretty obvious that the boiler was on its last legs. He had a boiler in stock that would fit the limited space that we had and rearranged his work to fit it the next day, as we had a newborn and no hot water. He arrived on time, was extremely tidy and worked flat out to get it installed in the same day. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, and I couldn't fault it.

  Combi boiler installation and radiators

  We recently had Steven carry out a combi boiler installation along with a complete change of radiators – we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the first visit, Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from start to finish. Steven worked efficiently, respected our space, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would absolutely recommend Steven to anyone needing heating or boiler work.   Fixed boiler fault at short notice

  My elderly monther’s boiler stopped producing hot water suddenly. Steve came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue, went off to get the part, and came back and fixed it, all on the same morning. A great experience!

  Hive Smart Thermostat Installation

  We were gifted a Hive smart thermostat as a move in gift. I reached out to Steven to see about getting it installed for us, he replied instantly and got us booked in within a week (over the Christmas - New Year break). He fitted the thermostat for us quickly and without issue. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future, top guy!
