Turned up on time, bit after a review he said he couldn’t move the pipe enough. Offered some solutions who’d we are exploring. Great service, great advice and will be back in touch when needed to cap off the gas.

Great service, arranged to come and service the boiler the next day and arrived on time. Steven was really friendly and took the time to explain some features and maintenance for the boiler, which was really helpful. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

Stevie came out to us at short notice on an emergency repair call. He walked through the various issues the boiler hard beyond the one causing the fault, and recommended replacing it: this wasn't a hard sell -- it was pretty obvious that the boiler was on its last legs. He had a boiler in stock that would fit the limited space that we had and rearranged his work to fit it the next day, as we had a newborn and no hot water. He arrived on time, was extremely tidy and worked flat out to get it installed in the same day. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, and I couldn't fault it.
