  Richard and his team did a great job, were flexible, helpful and easy to work with. Very professional, Richard even came back afterwards to sort out a problem with the hardware which he wasn't responsible for. Couldn't recommend more highly.

  the fitter was very polite and amiable however after figment of glass we noticed it was nowhere near the tint of the rest of the roof so we made contact and he said he would be back but unfortunately there has been no responses since

  FD30 Fire door installation

  Simply can't understand the problem. I gave a very detailed description of the required work. We agreed a price, I waited two weeks for the agreed date. He came, he measured up and even started the job, however said he had the wrong cutting blade and would re-schedule. Since then, multiple messages, sms and contacts through this forum - No response, no reply, just totally blanking us. Makes no sense and is terrible courtesy. Even the last message where i simply asked "what is the issue, is it the money, can you simply respond?" remained unanswered. This guy has wasted a month of my time !!
