The trader changed the glass and installed the cat flap included in the price in less than one hour.

Richard communicated well, arrived on time and fixed our patio doors with no fuss. Brilliant service and I intend on giving him more work! Highly recommend, I don't bother writing reviews usually.

Richard and his team did a great job, were flexible, helpful and easy to work with. Very professional, Richard even came back afterwards to sort out a problem with the hardware which he wasn't responsible for. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Simply can't understand the problem. I gave a very detailed description of the required work. We agreed a price, I waited two weeks for the agreed date. He came, he measured up and even started the job, however said he had the wrong cutting blade and would re-schedule. Since then, multiple messages, sms and contacts through this forum - No response, no reply, just totally blanking us. Makes no sense and is terrible courtesy. Even the last message where i simply asked "what is the issue, is it the money, can you simply respond?" remained unanswered. This guy has wasted a month of my time !!
