He knows his stuff

Matt is a superstar! When our boiler broke down on a Friday night he called to see if we could sort it over the phone. Sadly no luck but within days Matt had a new boiler installed. Kept me up to date all the way through and went out of his way to help when he realised we had a new baby in the house. A very very satisfied customer who would highly recommend Matt the Gas Guru.

Matt was great in booking in a boiler service at pretty short notice when he was busy. Really happy with the service overall.

Matt rung me shortly after I'd put the request into Checkatrade, and guided me through some basic questions, which was very help. He then arranged to call in the following day, which he did. The Boiler issue was resolved relatively quickly, and thankfully, no new parts were needed.

Matt responded to my request to check a Gas pipe. I had a quick turn around due to new carpet being fitted and Matt managed to squeeze the job in the following day and checked and capped the pipe in a quick time frame during my lunch break. He was friendly, professional and completed the work to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and will be contacting again to arrange getting our boiler serviced.

Replied to my job within 10mins, explained issue. Guru told me he would be with us between 9am and 10. When he arrived fault was identified very quickly and resolved. Showed excellent knowledge of issue. Checked boiler for hot and heating . Both working. Very happy with our overall experience.
