Horrible Service from Gas Guru, was very rude and turned off our boiler without our consent thereby leaving us without hot water or heating. He was abrupt and lacked communication skills. He found it difficult to understand our request to replace a leaky diverter valve, got frustrated and left the boiler in a rush muttering that he had left the boiler the way he met it. We could not prevent him from leaving and alas the boiler failed to come up for heating. We will be spending the night in a freezing house because he can’t come out tonight. He said he had turned off the chat on checkatrade 😩

*I made decision to leave premises
*I received a call 4 hrs later threatening to call the police unless I returned that night
*I blocked further calls at this point
*NO PAYMENT WAS TAKEN
*Reporting customer to Checkatrade
