Bruce was fantastic from start to finish. Very informative, quick to respond and even helped me to understand exactly what I needed, then carried out the work very quickly and provided a very comprehensive report within 48hours. Will use again for our renewal next year!

Well this company were amazing from start to finish they ( Bruce ) told me exactly what I needed and so prompt . I put my request on Checkatrade and within 10 minutes they called me and booked the job in . It was completed within 2 days and that’s what I call a service . Brilliant

We are an independent family run Fire Safety Consultancy based in East Sussex and Somerset.

We provide fire risk assessments, fire strategies and expert fire safety advice across the UK.

Our assessors, Bruce and Sam, are independently recognized as Advanced Fire Risk Assessors on the National Fire Risk Assessor Register, a competence level recognized by external assessment and examination, in line with the latest British Standards.

Choosing an Advanced Assessor is the difference between receiving a sensible, proportionate action plan or being handed a long list of unnecessary and expensive recommendations, even for a small HMO or simple common area.

Our assessment will identify what is genuinely required and what is not, which will often save many times the cost of an assessment.

Our approach is always practical, balanced, and tailored to the actual risks found, not a generic checklist on a tablet app.

We are a consultancy only.

We do not sell alarms, doors, extinguishers, or any other installations.

Our advice is independent and free from sales incentives, at a time when there is increasing scrutiny of providers who treat assessments as a route to sell products or works.

Our only priority is to give you clear, accurate guidance you can rely on.

We are available seven days a week, and all work is carried out by our own fully insured and third party accredited company.

We do not subcontract, and we do not use junior assessors to complete any part of the process.

Every report is inspected, written and validated by an advanced assessor before it is issued.
