I was required to have a FRA completed for a mortgage on a HMO. The mortgage lender asked for the assessment very last minute and there was quite a bit of pressure to get the report done in time for submission. Bruce came out to attend site quicker than the original availability date and turned the report around in order to submit to the lenders on time. He was very helpful in the process and supported with any questions I had post assessment.
