10 Backed up Waste Drains - Great Customer Service

I am a Site Manger for a very large Primary school. We had 7x manholes backed up with sewage waste. Neil arrived on time and braved the heavy rain and wind to try and get our drains cleared. 4hrs of hard work and he has managed to unblock them and found the fault, which is off school boundary on to a public road. He helped me log the job with Southern Water to prevent it building up again. We had the drain experts out to survey our drains as they were holding water, under investigation found it was pitch fibre which was collapsing they were very honest in what work needed to be done and relined all the pipework in the same week brilliant company to deal with and saved us thousands we would recommend the drain experts every time!!Verified reviewerJob location: PO2010 Great experience from the Drain Experts

Job location: BH14We recently had The Drain Experts attend one of our showrooms, and we couldn’t be more impressed. They worked professionally and efficiently while the business was fully open, were great with both our staff and customers, and caused minimal disruption throughout. This was by no means an easy job, but they quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and got it resolved properly. A superb service from start to finish. Great service from The Drain Experts. Came out within a couple of hours of the call, evaluated the job and Neil came back early next morning to carry out the work. Summary - 3 other companies said we needed a whole new system, but Drain Experts fixed our old one and saved us £10k! TLDR: Whilst selling our house the buyers lender had our spetic tank inspected and ruled it was faulty (broken baffle) and needed a whole new Sewage Treatment Plant (c.£16k+VAT). We called 7 drainage companies, 4 came to look, 1 never came back, 1 agreed with a new STP (£20k+VAT), one said new Septic Tank and new Drainage Field (£12k+VAT), but Drain Experts said it was fixable - 2 half days and a small hole in the lawn and it was repaired and inspected and only cost £3k. The Drain Experts Ltd is based on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire covering an area of Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire. The Drain Experts operate with highly knowledgeable members of staff with years of experience in all areas of drainage. Amongst their clients are Local Authorities & others contracted to them, plus insurance works and companies in the construction industry.
- We have teams who specialize in CCTV investigation work, 24 hour unblocking, high pressure water jetting, servicing of sewerage treatment plant & pump stations, water leak repairs, no dig technology and excavations. We are certified to carry out and supervise excavation works within the footpath and highway.
- Our CCTV maintenance vehicles carry out CCTV surveys, pre-purchase surveys, HPWJ, root cutting, pitch fibre re-rounding and relining.
- Surveys carried out have a full written report showing any recommendations, plan, log sheets and CD.
- We have invested in the latest no dig technology and can reline pipe work up to 100 metres in length in one installation. We can also carry blind shots i.e. to the Local Authority Sewer and carry out lateral cutting.
- We are able to re-round & reline pitch fibre pipe work alleviating the need to excavate.
- We carry out excavations for drain repairs, soakaway problems and install septic tanks, sewerage treatment plants and pump stations.
