  A rapid service to clear a blocked drain

  At 1030 one day this week I rang Drain Experts on recommendation from a friend as we had a blocked drain which meant that we could neither use our bathroom or the sinks in the kitchen. I was advised that someone was in the area and would give me a ring when their current job was finished. I received a call from John at 1140 and he arrived 20 minutes later He was very friendly, identified the problem within minutes and explained the cause of the issue. All was sorted within 40 minutes or so. John advised me how to minimize the problem in the future. A very good, professional service.

  Installing Pump Station

  The Drain Experts have been excellent at diagnosing the problems with the drainage system in my property, including conducting a small level survey. They have now installed a Pump Station to remedy the insufficient gradient in the waste pipework from my house and through my driveway. Damian did a fantastic job throughout the installation of the Pump, including leaving my garden in an immaculate condition, cutting my patio slabs to perfectly fit around the new manhole cover, and adding additional matching shingle where required; he is a true perfectionist and an extremely hard worker.

  First class service from Neil and Alfie - problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. Minimum disruption and mess and everything cleaned and tidied as if they had never been there. Each stage of the process and problems shared with me and explained so complete transparency throughout. Neil was 2 minutes under the time he quoted me for - that is how well these guys know what they are doing ! Honestly I was dreading the whole process but you can absolutely trust this company to fix your problem. Well done on an outstanding professional service. Thank you

  Shower blocked by hair.

  My en-suite shower has occasionally been spilling over the tray to the floor for a while. I regularly remove hair from the drainage plug but today the plug was completely blocked. I knew it was time to call the experts. I found these 'Experts' on Checkatrade. I'm very glad I did. I was lucky as they were in the area and Neil and Alfie fixed the job within the hours charge. It was hair, many years of hair. Nice guys, respected my home. Highly recommend them.

  Quick and reliable

  Great work guys! John and Cam showed up on time and got cracking. Very polite, very helpful. Not a quick job, left the toilets spotless afterwards. Would use these guys again should a problem arise. Thanks again

  Replacement soakaway

  Damian from The Drain Experts arrived on date and time as booked . He installed a new soakaway in my front gravelled drive . Damian was very pleasant to deal with , he worked efficiently and professionally . The job was completed in a timely and tidy fashion . Thank you .
