  Blocked drain for 2 months resolved by The Drain Experts in 2 hours

  Had an outstanding experience engaging The Drain Experts to resolve a drain/toilet that had been blocked for 2 months and couldn't be resolved during 3 separate call outs from another contractor. Customer service and response time was excellent, and John and Cameron who led the work were absolutely first-class - their attention to getting the matter resolved and professionalism was incredible. Thanks The Drain Experts for helping us out! We wouldn't hesitate to use again.

  Overpriced call out

  The Drain Experts attended my property for 19 minutes, using no equipment or materials beyond a visual check by hand, and concluded that no drain was present. I was subsequently charged £144 for the visit. Lovely guys who visited. Disappointing call out charge.

  Soakaway clearance job

  A rapid service to clear a blocked drain

  At 1030 one day this week I rang Drain Experts on recommendation from a friend as we had a blocked drain which meant that we could neither use our bathroom or the sinks in the kitchen. I was advised that someone was in the area and would give me a ring when their current job was finished. I received a call from John at 1140 and he arrived 20 minutes later He was very friendly, identified the problem within minutes and explained the cause of the issue. All was sorted within 40 minutes or so. John advised me how to minimize the problem in the future. A very good, professional service.

  Installing Pump Station

  The Drain Experts have been excellent at diagnosing the problems with the drainage system in my property, including conducting a small level survey. They have now installed a Pump Station to remedy the insufficient gradient in the waste pipework from my house and through my driveway. Damian did a fantastic job throughout the installation of the Pump, including leaving my garden in an immaculate condition, cutting my patio slabs to perfectly fit around the new manhole cover, and adding additional matching shingle where required; he is a true perfectionist and an extremely hard worker.
