Neil and Alfie arrived on time, I explained the problem to them, they explained what they can do for us, they set to work on clearing the drains. They completed a very in-depth cleaning of the drains then carried out a photographic survey of the drains and the recommendations forwarded to Hampshire.

By chance I lifted the manhole cover that connects my house to my neighbours and found the whole system had back up. Having made an appointment with The Drain Experts, Matt turned up the next day and within half an hour had everything flowing normally. He then flushed the drains out and put a camera down the drain to double check everything was clear. All in the company lived up to their name and all done at a very reasonable cost.

Had a drainage issue at my cafe bar. Gave short description of the problem. They were on site within a couple of hours. The quickly got into action and had the job complete in no time at all. The site was left clean and tidy. Very pleasant over the phone and very pleasant in person. Very fair price: totally recommend

I am a Site Manger for a very large Primary school. We had 7x manholes backed up with sewage waste. Neil arrived on time and braved the heavy rain and wind to try and get our drains cleared. 4hrs of hard work and he has managed to unblock them and found the fault, which is off school boundary on to a public road. He helped me log the job with Southern Water to prevent it building up again. Neil was amazing, very happy with his work and how quick the drain experts responded to the job.

We had the drain experts out to survey our drains as they were holding water, under investigation found it was pitch fibre which was collapsing they were very honest in what work needed to be done and relined all the pipework in the same week brilliant company to deal with and saved us thousands we would recommend the drain experts every time!!
