  Leak in Bathroom

  This guy is a liar and a cowboy. He is saying that what he came out to me for wasn’t some he done. Why then did he respond to my job then if it was something he couldn’t do. He charged me £160 just to look at the problem when he clearly says on his description that estimates are free. He is a liar and a conman. DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.

  We had a blockage and required this to be fixed asap- Jason was able to come out the next morning to fix this. Work was carried out quickly, efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend

  Water leak from shower dripping down under the bath.

  Guy came out and identified the problem. However he said it was a leak from shower which was dripping down from inside shower down through bath seal. He sent some other guy to come and supposedly seal it. Later in the day when shower was used there was still water coming out of the shower. I called him and he was very abusive and refused to come back and sort it. He just told me that I was obviously drunk and that was why I was shouting at him. I don’t even drink Anyway he has ripped me off for £220 so avoid this guy whatever you do.

  I went out to this property because the lady down stairs was getting water coming in through the ceiling so on arrival I took the bath panel off and checked pipework for any leaks all was fine but at the back of the bath the floor was wet so I put the shower on and left it running and noticed the water was seeping out the silicon spoke with client and said the bath needs to be re-sealed so that got done the next day client then phoned me up and said the shower unit was leaking a said to him that's not something a do the job was for the leaking downstairs that I have sorted just couldn't get it

  Our kitchen sink has been backing up for months.

  Drainage Reaper took the time to strip everything back until they found the root cause which was a blockage further down the drain pipe, opened the outside drain and flushed the grease which had built up over years out the system. A quality job with great communication and finish.
