Excellent. Rapid respond to my initial enquiry. Short lead times to work. CCTV accurately diagnosed the problem. Most importantly, the Drainage Reaper went on to fix the issue. The excavation was carried out professionally and speedily, and the team was very tidy. Jason kept me up to date at all stages of the process. The Drainage Reaper is now my "go to" drain company. Put in a search at around 15.30 and got a reply straight away. Men attended at around 5pm so couldn’t expect anything better. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Excellent service and the guys were professional throughout.
