  Andy was great - managed to come out to help us on his day off, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our machine, as well as talking through what caused the problem so that it shouldn't happen again. Very knowledgeable and insightful - we would highly recommend!

  Dishwasher new buy & installation

  Property Appliance & Installation are brilliant! They gave me two options to buy, one of which I checked on the John Lewis website. PA&I were cheaper all round. Arrived this morning - polite, calm and coped really well with the numerous stairs. All done in under an hour. Second time of use and won't be the last.

  I had a problem witha fridge and spoke to Dean who gave me some good advice which essentially put him out of a job. Really impressed with the kind and helpful customer focussed approach. Will keep these guys on the book for all further repairs to my household appliances. Thank you Dean!
