I had an issue with an oven which stopped working. The appliance wizzard named Andy came and fixed it in no time! I appreciated his efficiency and the way he explained everything to me. I also got some pieces of advice about how to take care of the glass hobs which I am definitely going to put into practice. A big thank you from me to the company!

Andy was great - managed to come out to help us on his day off, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our machine, as well as talking through what caused the problem so that it shouldn't happen again. Very knowledgeable and insightful - we would highly recommend!

Property Appliance & Installation are brilliant! They gave me two options to buy, one of which I checked on the John Lewis website. PA&I were cheaper all round. Arrived this morning - polite, calm and coped really well with the numerous stairs. All done in under an hour. Second time of use and won't be the last.
