Sam and his team were excellent from start to finish. From the get go, he was friendly and made us feel at ease about the whole project. The extension and patio turned out even better than we hoped, with great attention to detail throughout. You can tell they have a great pride in the quality of their work. They kept the place tidy everyday and were sure to check with us that we were happy. They are friendly, professional, reliable and highly recommended. Previous builders left my house in such a mess that no other builders were prepared to take on the work, for over 2 months we looked. They fixed the building equivalent of a sudoku puzzle, involving complicated use of structural steels and ceiling joists. The quality of their work was phenomenal, their communication was brilliant, they turned up on time every day and left the place very tidy at the end of each day. We can now start imagining what it's like not living on a building site, our family cannot thank them enough for what they've done.
