We contacted Sam about having a new window lintel replaced. He said he knew what the problem with the old lintel was and could fit a new one. Sam's team started the work and by the time I had got home from work, the lintel had been fitted. The next morning they returned and finished off inside and out. An amazing job. Very tidy and no mess around the house. I will certainly have them back for any other jobs. Highly recommended. Steve and Kerry.

While I was showing Sam the problem areas during his first visit on Friday, I could tell that he fully understood the issue. He explained there-and-then what rectification work he would do. He sent me his quote that night, despite being away with his family for the weekend, and kept communicating with me throughout. He came on the Tuesday morning to do the work, at which point I showed him even more cracks I'd found - we agreed a price there-and-then, and he fixed them the same day. He was polite and engaging at all times, did the work well, and left everything clean and tidy. Will hire again.

Sam and his team were excellent from start to finish. From the get go, he was friendly and made us feel at ease about the whole project. The extension and patio turned out even better than we hoped, with great attention to detail throughout. You can tell they have a great pride in the quality of their work. They kept the place tidy everyday and were sure to check with us that we were happy. They are friendly, professional, reliable and highly recommended. I have passed him onto a family member for a project to be done in the next year or so. Thanks Sam.
