  Structural repair work

  While I was showing Sam the problem areas during his first visit on Friday, I could tell that he fully understood the issue. He explained there-and-then what rectification work he would do. He sent me his quote that night, despite being away with his family for the weekend, and kept communicating with me throughout. He came on the Tuesday morning to do the work, at which point I showed him even more cracks I'd found - we agreed a price there-and-then, and he fixed them the same day. He was polite and engaging at all times, did the work well, and left everything clean and tidy. Will hire again.

  I thought I had a hidden leak on the 1st floor which was rotting the floor joists, and I was anxious about my 3 year-old being safe at home. Within 20 minutes of arriving Mojo ruled out any internal leak, and explained that my sagging floors and ceilings pops were being caused by poor drainage and waterlogged soil under the house. That also tied in with other phenomenon we've noticed at home but been at a loss to explain, such as gaps in the hallway flooring and water in the garage. Mojo settled my nerves about the house collapsing around us, and the report gave clear guidelines on next steps.
