  As a keen, and reasonably competent DIYer, I have quite high standards , so was keen on finding in installer who knew what they were doing and what I'd need to replace a 35 year old, undersized boiler in a 7 bedroom house. Chris, from The Boiler Installation Specialists, was the 3rd firm/person I spoke to about the job, was extremely knowledgeable and the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He got the job and I was not disappointed. The whole team were a pleasure to work with, including Nina who managed the timings to coincide with a new gas meter being fitted. Thanks Guys.

  Chris gave a clear, detailed quote and Nina handled queries quickly and politely. The installers were punctual, professional and friendly. They worked with great care, completing the job to an excellent standard faster than expected and were very knowledgeable. The installers had excellent communication skills and ensured I was kept informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond, cleaned up perfectly, and the price was very fair. Extremely pleased – everyone I dealt with is an absolute credit to the company. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you!
