  Chris came at the agreed appointment time - easily booked and confirmed by phone - and professionally assessed our needs for a new boiler. Options were discussed and a competitive quote sent by email a few days later. The process for agreeing the quote and booking the engineers' visit was easily done by email. The team arrived promptly and worked very hard to accomplish the installation in one (long) day. My husband was very impressed by how professional and courteous they all were.   Jordan and his team were fantastic! Professional, friendly and efficient. Explained how to work and maintain the boiler. Left the area clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitant to recommend to friends and family.

  Reassuringly knowledgeable and outstanding workmanship

  As a keen, and reasonably competent DIYer, I have quite high standards , so was keen on finding in installer who knew what they were doing and what I'd need to replace a 35 year old, undersized boiler in a 7 bedroom house. Chris, from The Boiler Installation Specialists, was the 3rd firm/person I spoke to about the job, was extremely knowledgeable and the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He got the job and I was not disappointed. The whole team were a pleasure to work with, including Nina who managed the timings to coincide with a new gas meter being fitted. Thanks Guys.
